Updates on Repopulation and Evacuation Orders
Dear Friends
I am excited to share that the Palisades Unified Incident Command has lifted the evacuation order to repopulate portions of Topanga, Brentwood and the surrounding communities that are outside of the fire perimeter, for residents only. You can search your address here to get the latest status of your evacuation orders.
Zones highlighted in blue or green have opened for repopulation.
I know many of you have been anxiously waiting to return home, so I am grateful of the efforts by first responders and our utility crews who are working around the clock to make this happen. I do urge you to return with caution. Understand that debris and ash may still be in the area, and utility service is still being restored. Find the latest information from SoCalGas, LADWP, and Southern California Edison. A Do Not Drink notice does remain in effect as well for Zip Code 90272 and adjacent communities.
