- Manufactured homes that are permanently affixed to real property and land owned by borrower
Learn More and Find Approved Lenders
The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) is administering the program but is not a direct lender. Loan products are only offered through approved and trained loan officers who can help you learn more about this program and more CalHFA offerings. All loans are subject to their own underwriting guidelines and practices.
If you have any questions on these matters or need any assistance, please feel free to contact our Capitol office at (916) 651-4024 or our district office at (310) 414-8190. You can also follow us on social media or visit our website for additional updates from Sacramento and around the district.
