LOS ANGELES – California Senate Leader Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) will host a press conference about law enforcement’s support of immigrants and SB 54, The California Values Act, with former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck, and top law enforcement officials from across the state.
