Bills to Protect California’s People and Prosperity Against Immigration Enforcement Overreach Set for Committee Votes Tomorrow

SACRAMENTO – California Senate Committees tomorrow will vote on Senate Bills to provide legal services to those facing deportation; to prevent the use of state and local resources, including personnel, for immigration enforcement; and the creation of a federal registry. Measures to be heard are: SB 54 (de León); SB 6 (Hueso); and SB 31 (Lara).
